Nearly everyone who has passed through NYU’s film community has shot a project there. It has become a shared landmark, a symbol of early ambition, collaboration, and the unshakeable belief that stories matter.

That’s why we chose Minetta Lane as the guiding name for our company.

It represents where we come from, those late nights on location, the borrowed gear, the rushing taxis, the sound of a slate echoing off brick buildings. It embodies the energy of a city built by artists and for artists. Most of all, it celebrates the shared lineage of storytellers who stepped onto that street with passion, purpose, and limitless ideas.
